I had high expectations after seeing the reviews. But the way they handled is far from professional. Initial quote was Rs 15K for shifting 4 items from Delhi to Bhubaneswar. Final price became 21.5K after adding service charge 3.5K and insurance 3K. They promised to deliver in 10 days. Its more than 15 days but no update from their side. When I call the team, he doesn’t even recongnise me. Until full payment made he was reminding almost three times a day. After payment they don’t even bother to give any tracking ID nor update despite repeated calls. I am still waiting to get an update as to where is my consignment now. I would recommend never ever belive on such unprofessional packers and movers.
