Absolutely the worst packers and movers I’ve ever dealt with. My bike was severely damaged during transit mudguard broken, rear fender cracked, and the entire leg side guard bent. I even paid an extra ₹6, 000 for insurance, but when the damage happened due to their own mishandling, they refused to take responsibility or provide any compensation.
They promised delivery within 6-7 days (Bengaluru to Mumbai), but it took them 13 full days. Their customer service and sales team are pathetic, rude, and completely unprofessional.
They try to bad-mouth other companies like NoBroker, Porter, or Agarwal just to trap customers, claiming they’re more "professional." Don’t fall for it - it’s a complete scam.
I strongly advise everyone: NEVER use Trueway Packers and Movers. If you care about your belongings, stay away from them. Choose NoBroker, Porter, or Agarwal - anyone but these unreliable and dishonest people.
I REPEAT: Never go with Trueway Packers and Movers.
