Had used their service for transporting household items from Delhi to Odisha. It took 25 days. I fell trap to initial low price which was 30% lower than other reputed packers. After my furnitures were loaded, the final price was revised and increased by 1.5 times initial quote. I had no choice to pay as all my valuable items were in their possession.
On the day of delivery the third party delivery agent (DP World Express logistics Bhubaneswar) says Trueway packers didn’t pay them labour cost. So I have to arrange labour to unload my items else their driver will throw the goods on road and leave. I was shocked. But no choice. Had to arrange labour remotely by payment of hefty fees (4000 for 4 furnitures).
And on top of it - I was shocked to receive most of the furniture in damaged condition. On seeking compensation Trueway guy says we will share the insurance copy. You claim on your own. We are responsible for transportation and damage is a quite normal thing during such long distance transport.
It’s a total trap. Never ever fall for this.
