Overall my experience was extraordinary, some of the key highlighted things are price, plan customisation and timing everything delivered hundred percent which is really great.
I have to say, executive from TrueWay Packers and Movers were very helpful, specially I have to mention movement manager Mr. Sikander the way he handle throughout the process and the it will make my day towards customer’s. I have already appreciated him overthe calls and I would love share this note online with all.
First call itself they assured to answer to my queries. They recommended the date and time for the shifting and the quantity of the stuff to be moved, so that entire shifting goes smooth.
Driver and staff whom I have received were very helpful while loading and unloading. This experience really created good impression towards TrueWay Packers and Movers, it make me really happy.
In terms of payment whatever they quoted accordingly to the quantity of the stuff and the number of labour and vehicle selection their team. And my Shifting manager #Sikander helped and he was giving me daily followup calls he was really helpful shifting manager, he was in touch and enquired about the process the manager informed me that team is starting fromtheir place and should be reaching my home in between the given slot timing, they were punctual. They again called before knocking on our door to confirm that they now can enter the home.
I saw them carring bubble wrap rolls and several items like big carton boxes, Tapes, Lamination, Tools sets and all necessary stuff was with them. We did not have to give them anything apart from some institutions.
