As soon as the quote was confirmed, a movement manager got allocated and was really outstanding in the communication part. Mr. Sikander took responsibility in dealing with the packing team and helped me in adjusting few things and bargaining the prices for the extra luggage that I had at the end.
He followed up and dealt with the partners very smoothly without causing any hassles and as promised he was responsible for the goods to be delivered just on time
Although there are a few negativities expressed by the people on mouthshut about TrueWay Packers and Movers, I felt they are correcting themselves and coping up with the challenges they had. The overall support was awesome. Thanks to all the stakeholders and especially to Mr. Sikander for his valuable contribution.
