I had booked premium service with additional cost where they packed all the fragile and also furniture in wrap.
As soon as we booked the service, requirements were gathered by customer support and a shifting manager was assigned. Our shifting manager Mr. Sunny coordinated end to end till the shifting was completed.
The team was experienced and professional in handling and transporting goods.
Vehicle arrived in advance half an hour earlier itself to the location and they informed us that they will come for packing whenever we are ready. They were hands on with all the materials with adequate labour personnel.
I had also availed a safety insurance for goods worth of 1 Lakh where we pay 3% premium and TrueWay provides me a proper insurance policy certificate. This however did not come in use as there was no damage or breakage and the Goods were handled smoothly.
All payments were online through the app itself and we didn’t have to pay anything in addition to what was promised.
