I had to shift my Household items from Thane(Mumbai) to kannur, the same has been assigned to Trueway Packers and Movers. .
After receiving my goods I found that they have not sent several items which they packed at Thane House. They have charged Rs. 13800/- for shifting and said that they will deliver within a week in good condition and took the payment in Advance. But after a week they failed to deliver within the committed time and said that today or tomorrow.
Finally I received goods from Blue Dart Courier like ordinary courier without proper handling and found that several items were missing and even several items were damaged since they have not handled with proper care. I Called their executive and he said that, sir while packing some items may have missed, definitely we will send it again without missing and we will pay for the damaged items.
Next day onwards he stopped responding to my phone and I complained to their office in Mumbai but they said . But there is no response from Mumbai office. Though they have collected huge amount from me for shifting, they simply sent the items through Blue-dart courier for which they had paid only Rs. 1920/-, means they have collected 6 times from me. Even I insured my goods for which I was asking him to tell me the procedure.
But they have not insured the goods with insurance company even after they collected premium from me. I request relevant authority to take necessary action against this company as they are cheating common people through this agency and stealing goods from consumers and request to arrange return of my stolen goods and refund for damaged goods. I feel they are doing other business where they sell all these stolen items
