Interesting to see this post. I actually had a completely different experience with TrueWay packers and movers last month when I moved from HSR to Electronic City(within Bangalore). Not trying to defend them or anything, but just wanted to share what happened with me since experiences can vary so much with these services.
My move went surprisingly smooth - the guys showed up on time(which honestly shocked me since most packers are notorious for delays), packed everything properly, and nothing got damaged. The quote they gave me was pretty reasonable compared to the other 3-4 companies I called. The whole thing was done in like 6 hours including travel time. The crew leader even called me when they were 30 mins away from delivery. Maybe I just got lucky with the team they assigned? Or perhaps they’ve improved their service recently? Hard to say. I know moving experiences can be super hit or miss with any company. Sorry to hear about your bad experience though OP. Moving stress is already enough without dealing with unprofessional packers on top of it. Did you end up getting any compensation from them or just had to eat the loss?
