I had a good experience using TrueWay Packers and Movers service for shifting home from Bangalore to Kochi, Kerala. Right from price quotation up until delivery of goods, they took extra care of everything seamlessly. Shout out to Sonia, the movement manager who was assigned for this consignment. She paid attention to detail and clarified the queries very professionally.
While the shipment was delivered to the destination, I was not physically available to unpack the boxes to check for damages during transit. I only reached my destination after a month before I unpacked the boxes. Although this consignment was covered with Transit insurance, I just wanted to make sure that I could circle back with someone if there were any damages found. I had asked Sonia to follow-up with me on a mentioned date to validate that the packages were delivered without damages. Over time, even I had forgotten that she would call to validate the items were delivered without any damages, however she followed up as per the committed time frame to know the status of goods.
