Execution Day: There entire packing team carried out the shifting. The team was fairly efficient they packed everything decently and worked quickly. However, they scratched the apartment door while moving out heavy items, and the owner later charged me for the damage. On top of that, there were additional charges added during packing. While not entirely unexpected, I do think the pricing should be more transparent from the start.
Delivery & Support: The delivery took 3 days longer than promised. Thankfully, nothing was damaged. What really frustrated me, though, was the lack of real-time updates. I had to call multiple times just to get basic status info.
