Dear all looking for relocation, packers & movers etc.all packers & movers, transporter, service providers, manufacturers, furniture manufacturers are not 100% in todays world. I am 20 yrs izn service industry but not a single co’ comes up with a clean image on gauranted tension free services except few packers & movers companies.
Apart from this so many factors like cunning customers asking for(low cost services), uneducated grade 4 labour / helper, truck drivers, bad roads, traffic.etc are the major hurddles.
I not much of a review writer but Praising some one for a good work makes difference, I have had bad experiences previously with many packers and movers shifting my goods within the city and out of state as well, but this time I wanted to be sure that I have to choose the best movers to help me relocate, as recently bought brand new furniture and dint want any to have even a single scratch . so I consulted with many of my friends to help me choose the a professional packing and moving company .
So I got a list about 3-4 packers, but one of my friend(Sanjay) insisted me to choose Trueway packers and movers Pvt. Ltd. because he had used their service . He got his office shifted from Mumbai to Bangalore and his friends goods were also shifted by packers from Bangalore to Mumbai. I had went to there website(truewaymovers.com) filled an online quotation form. So this how it went Getting the quote - as I had a list of 3-4 packers I called them all to give me the quote .some quoted very high some were very low . Trueway packers and movers Pvt. Ltd. quote was on a not very higher side.
Decided to move with Trueway packers and movers Pvt. Ltd., called them confirmed the date of packing . 3.Packing day 1 only 5 people came packed about 90% of my goods left few important things which I needed for the night, next day packing 5 people and a manager came to see everything going fine, the second day loading and packing was done within 4 hrs . Billing was done, all the documents were given to me apart from insurance copy . insurance copy was mailed to me next day . Vehicle Departed from Mumbai on the same day .
4 They unpacked mostly things everything seemed to be fine.
So I guess either these people are really good at packing stuffs and all or it was just my luck that everything went great . well with my experience I would suggest to use the service .
