Hi all, I tried to get a quote after reading good reviews on this website. But it seems to me they are not interested in understanding a customer’s needs and can become very arrogant in arguing against it. When you call them up they say they will send an executive to inspect the household items, but they do not specify a time, but say only "morning" or "evening".
If you tell them a specific time, they are not even bothered to inform you that they will be late. So you are left waiting in the house the whole time. Although I cannot rate on their packing and moving quality since I am not going to place the order with them, I felt their communication with the customer is extremely poor and arrogant.
