As soon as I submitted the quotation, the sale team called me quickly.
I had an item list in my mind ready which I had sent them via WhatsApp. They had sent me quickly quotation. There quote was not too high and not too low but competitive.
As soon as the quotation was confirmed, a relocation manager got allocated and was really outstanding in the communication part. Mr. Sikander took responsibility in dealing with the vendor and helped me in adjusting a few things and bargaining the prices.
He followed up very smoothly without causing any hassles and as promised he was responsible for the goods to be delivered on time.
The overall support was an awesome. Thanks to all the team members and especially to Mr. Sikander for his valuable contribution.
