Hello readers my name is involved in today I am going to share I want to review on this pathetic service providing Airlines called true that it was my second time that I was using truejet Airlines I was using this Airlines of an urgent Business meeting in Dubai I had book an tickets from Mumbai to Dubai on 24th November and take off time was 1: 00 a.m. it was my pathentic experience with trujet airlines let me explain you why
At - checkup - counter - it was my first time that I had ever observed such kind of big mistake from staff members the staff members are taking most charges for extra luggage less than the fixed amount which was given by others it was an old person from home one person is taking 5000 rupees for extra luggages after watching this I got show that their money graders really it was very bad experience.
Staff attitude - when I was in plane some Lady has and vomiting problem she is vomiting there the caretaker in the airlines are only standing there without helping that lady I was very angry to them at that time and even I have that lady but the caretaker did not wear and there to help really very very very very very pathetic services.
Sitting space - at this time I found very difficult to move my leg here and there because sitting space was very low and very congested so true that should work on that and make a very not much but at least uncomfortable sitting space.
Punctuality - I think you don't know what is the meaning of punctuality is because I don't know but they did not take of at 1: 00 a.m. they take of at 2: 00 am theu lost my one hour precious time due to which I got late it in my business meeting on that day I got very angry towards trujet Airlines in I never booked any ticket after that I never used to that services really don't have any punctuality disgusting services.
After suffering from this worst services I will never recommend to anyone to use to trueJet Airlines there are much more better options which provide good services at nominal cost so I will suggest you to move Airlines better than trujet Airlines.
