Th sales guy gave a wrong commitment to reach his target. And guess what, the wrong kit was sent to my place. The second months courier had one product missing. The dietician never followed the call schedule or the diet plan. The diet plan wasnt customized and I was blindly asked to follow it. No customer executives to respond to calls or revert to emails. The blame game continued for a month and still no solution to the problem that I raised. They have blocked my messages and posts on Social Media. Strange!
You can buy the products but, plz do not opt for the packages as once the amount is paid the service level goes down.
