Let me share my overall experience for everyones awareness.


Project Start: Mid-February 2025


Site Handover(Incomplete): End of April 2025


Commitment and Current Situation:


1.The fluted panel installation was completed, but the panels were of incorrect size and damaged.


oThe Truww representative assured me that the issue would be resolved, and the amount would be refunded promptly.


oIts now been nearly 56 months, yet there has been no resolution.


oThe company keeps saying they are waiting for a settlement with their vendor before refunding me.


2.TV Unit Design Mismatch


oThe TV unit design delivered was not aligned with the approved design documented in the agreement.


oAgain, the Truww team promised a quick resolution and refund.


o56 months later, there is still no action or refund.


After about three months of use, several new issues appeared:


The kids wardrobe laminate developed air bubbles, and the door wouldnt close properly.


One of the kitchen hydraulic panels got damaged.


I raised a complaint after a month, and Truww sent an Urban Company technician instead of their own service team.


The Urban worker managed to fix the hydraulic panel but couldnt repair the wardrobe, stating that the laminate and alignment needed to be changed entirely.


When he called the Truww employees(Gaurav Kumar xxxxxx.xxxxx@truww.com and Priyanka S xxxxxxxx.x@truww.com) for the service code to close the work and receive payment, no one responded.


To make matters worse, I wasnt at home at the time and the Urban worker refused to leave without payment, creating a tense situation where my kids got frightened.


Whats even more disappointing is the poor customer service. The employee handling my complaint barely responds Ive followed up around 30 times, and received only 56 replies, each giving the same generic response: We are looking into the issue.

This has been an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience, and I would advise every customer to be cautious before engaging with Truww. If any customer wants to check the proof pls reach out to me, I will share all the Whatsapp conversation,   Email conversations.

We do understand there was slight delay in the start due to team availability and other factors beyond our control.Regarding your recent statement about the Urban Company technician, we’d like to clarify that the payment to Urban Company was made almost immediately after the service visit. We have proof of the same. At no point was the payment denied by our team.Additionally, sharing personal email IDs of our employees publicly is not appropriate and violates privacy norms.As for the site concerns, all the issues that could be rectified have already been attended to. The only pending point raised recently is about a slight bend in the shutter. The video you shared has been reviewed by our Quality team, and it has been informed to you that we will look into this and update with the solution.Our intent throughout has been to support and resolve matters in good faith. We remain open to assisting you further if any genuine new concern arises, but misrepresenting facts in a public forum is neither fair nor constructive.Based on the rectifications done, we have closed out this concern.
