Refund fraud post project completion

I got interiors done by Truww for my apartment. As part of the Agreement, they are supposed to offer me a refund of 32700 (as they could not source the glass partition on time) and on completion of the project they were supposed to offer me a 5 gram gold which was the intial offer provided by them in March’24 and it is also on the agreement. Project was completed in the month of Feb’25 and I have been following up since then yet no response from them. Multiple request has been done over whatsapp and mail.

They are not resolving the pending snags in their fitting and not issuing the pending refund.

I don’t have their employee id and their management is not responding to any queries.

Avoid companies with such poor operations and customer care.

Hi Shiv, while we truly appreciate genuine feedback, we would like to clarify that the statements mentioned are not accurate. We have never denied the Gold Coin offer to you. As communicated earlier, we remain fully willing to process a refund equivalent to the value of the gold coin during the time the offer was active. Regarding the glass partition, the refund was not possible as the item was descoped at a much later stage in the project, by which time material procurement and vendor payments had already been completed. This is precisely why our terms clearly state that descoping is not permitted post the design freeze stage, since finalisation triggers procurement of hardware, accessories, and other related materials.As a company, we are committed to fairness and transparency, we have already procured the materials as per your approved design and cannot incur a loss due to a change in decision at a later stage. However, we have never denied installation of the same partition that was procured, and we can recheck with the team to explore what may be possible.We value your association with us and remain open to resolving this matter amicably.
