I just watched this movie, and I have to concede this, this is a movie that leaves a long lasting impact.
The plot is very simple, but the way it is depicted makes the movie so theatre-worthy. Ranbir Kapoor’s charisma is at an all time high and Shraddha kapoor left no stone unturned in her acting.
There is a good amount of suspense, and at the same time there is light hearted comedy. The comic timing is very good and, not giving away spoilers, there are a few cameos to look out for ; )
The music is very catchy and I still find myself vibing to the pyaar hota hota hota kayi baar hai tune. Although a couple of short moments might feel cringy, the movie overall is extremely enjoyable.
All in all, it is a perfect family entertainer, so go with a light heart and come back with the same. Its been a while since we say ranbir in this avatar, and god knows we missed him dearly.
