Recently I bought TVS Apache 2nd Second hand from OLX at a very resaonable cost. I was looking for a sporty bike with good speed and control. Took suggestions and gone through couple of online and offline reviews. Found TVS a better bike.
TVS apache is heavy in weight, but pick up is awesome compare to others bike in same range. Been in metro and continuous jam and traffic make it worse for traveller, but TVS start up is delightful, it always keep you head.
Disk break really helps you in crowded and jam situation. My routes are not long I travel 10 - 12 KM a day, its worth a money to spend on this bike. It take me 15 - 20 minute reach my destination because of superb handling.
Average is only the issue, if you are looking for better average than it is not for you. Even maintenance cost is on the higher side. Rest it is a perfect bike.
