I have purchased Apache RTR 180 in the month of Feb.12 and facing problem with this bike from start. I am much frustrated with this bike. I have already made 4 FREE services, after the completion of every service, still vibration and bike is not freely run. lots of vibration particularly at the speed of 50Km , also engine misfires, skating, noise level is correct.
The company Service Engineer . I also shown to him regarding the above problem. He had make a trial, he told me that from service onwards once bike runs more than 5000 KM(now run more that said KM) will work fine automatically and for skating issue saying change back tire to MRF..What is this?
But I regularly travel facing the problem daily. Lot of Vibrations to handle and to my hands also. I have been constantly complaing about the vibration and skatting problem but no is taking cognizance of the same. I ride bike on the highways and its really scary to drive this bike, Nothing stable even after complaints during the service. We have paid Rs.83000/- for riding pleasure but unfortunately my experience with this bike and co. service officials is very bad.
Also I called so many times to customer service for the same but they keep saying technical department will call but till date no call also ask for email id they said they dont have email id.. So guys dont go with TVS...
