I have purchased a TVS Motor cycle from auth dealer but since it was purchased I was facing a tremendous issue while absorbed the milage as per commitment is not deliver.Despite of repetitive follow-up, servicing & coordinate with concern dealer I am hard to get any positive response from their side neither TVS motor cycle end.
I am aged about 68 Years & its not possible for me to regular follow-up for the same without any proper resolution.Plz have this issue address on high priority & provide a durable resolution else I will e helpless to escalate this to consumer forum & media also.This is not acceptable at all, service like such as reputated motor cycle company like TVS.
