I bought the scooter in May, and the body was in good condition. I had given my scooter TVS Jupiter for servicing 2 weeks back, the mechanic who was responsible for the scooter got it rammed by a bike and a lorry.The fibre body has a crack and when I asked to replace it, the mechanic said he would fix with Fevikwik. Who will fix the fibre body with Fevikwik?
Also, the key hole connection was loose after their servicing. There are scratches and the pipe to the silencer also damaged. Also, the bike started to stop in the middle of driving and would not start. I had to return it.
The service centre did not take the responsibility of fixing or accepting the mistake and I had to repeatedly go to the service centre and talk to the salesperson. I gave my bike in a good condition and they completely destroyed they riding feel of the scooter and gave it back. Absolutely no respect to the customers vehicle, money and time.
The mileage of the scooter is about 30km/litre. The company promised 60lm/litre. What happened to the mileage?
Overall, I am very unhappy with the scooter and the servicing of the scooter by the Kubera Motors, HSR Layout, Bangalore location. The reponse of this service centre in HSR Layout, Bangalore(Kubera Motors) is very bad.
