The new tvs jupiter is definitely one of the best scooters.Every day when I start my scooter for first time I apply kicker which is very soft to kick.
Jupiter has a mileage of 56 kmpl.
I am experiencing far better driving comfort and ride quality than Activa.

TVS jupiter is Good for money.
No matter what you explain to service center, you would be facing the same issue post servicing as well.
In fact the pick-up is better than all other scooters in its category.
