My tvs jupiter not giving good average company says it will give average approx 62 km/h but it doesn’t comes up from 40km/h.
The way what they did in service is not good even not an average also. because I got a problem since I purchased vehicle. I informed them at the time of first service, they said ok we solve but after service also am facing same problem .
THE ENGINE NOISE IS AWFUL WHILE ACCELERATING, AND WHILE RUNNING. IT IS TOO LOUD. IT IS MAKING SOUND LIKE A JET LANE. IT IS ALSO GIVING A JERKY RIDE, BRAKES ARE ALSO NOT EFFECTIVE AT HIGH SPEED.
It was a verst performance in Jupiter .when ever we turn on light. The light rays on road .it falls on 1st floor of apparent . What is the use that light.
Self start is not working. I faced this problem twice.First time when I faced this problem took it for service they charged the battery and gave it was working for 2 months again the same problem occurred with jupiter. when I took for service they said you need to replace the battery it will cost Rs.1800/-. I bought this vehicle on Jan 2014, How much is the warranty period for the battery? Service center people said that yo have only 12 months warranty, but the booklet which I got with the vehicle says 24 months.
Engine got over heat and not able to drive after 10 kms drive.
The company is not providing Ladies footrest with the scooter and there is no proper provision to attaché one . because if we attach the ladies footrest it creates problem with the main stand. it keeps touching on every small jerk. Better the company should provide this necessary part with the scooter after studying.
