I bought Jupiter ZX one year ago. Work from the office was opening up and I didn’t want to use cabs or public transport. So, I thought I will invest in a scooty. TVS showroom is just 2KMs from my place. So, I bought the scooty, without research.
Later I found the TVS dealer had fraudulently charged me more. And the price I paid, I could’ve easily bought Jupiter 125.
The scooty is working well, but at times I found the scooty skids and its handling is not proper. As soon as I slow it down, it tries to skid. Fortunately, I’ve been saved most of the times. I’ve not much experience with other scooties. So, I can’t comment on the performance.
Another thing I find absolutely annoying about Jupiter ZX is it makes sounds when I apply brake after I drive on flooded roads. The digital clock on the handle NEVER shows the right time. I’ve had it fixed at the service center, but it always turns wrong.
I’ve never noticed the mileage of the scooty, but I guess it’s okay.
