TVS Phoenix

I am Selva from Chennai and hope every one doing good.This is my first review  in mouth shut about my bike (TVS Phoenix), First of all I would like to say about PHOENIX  that bike is similar to TVS star city only with more engine power(125cc).

I bought the bike in RAMKAY TVS (Velachery Branch) and using it for more than one month.But I had bad experience like Wheel wobbling, Handle bar shake(you cant drive the bike in single hand), Engine vibration(if you cross 50km speed) and very tough to change gear. Then talking about performance is not that much good what we expecting.

Moreover, I raised the above issues in my first free service and they done only water wash , oil change But they did not solve the above issues.Then I had registered complaint regarding my problem with TVS customer support and re-directed to same service center (RAMKAY TVS).

Again they replaced  the back wheel tyre alone and gave it to me.At last my problems not yet resolved and facing many problems even it is a new bike.i feel that  mistakenly I have chosen this bike and not value for mony worth(Rs.61436). So please I request you all "Dont go for TVS Phoenix and you can buy  some other good 125cc bikes in the market".

Note : Thanks for reading my real time review and I suggest you that don’t go for new model bike without hearing feedback.

I will update my reviews and share my experience after my second service. After long time I am posting my review through out of experience and observations.

1. When compared to other 125 cc bikes this bike is weightless one so not stable to drive if you drive at 60 and above.

2. Engine vibration is there lot and sound get changed.

3. There is not providing good service at the TVS service centers, Especially RAMKAY TVS, Velachery, simply they doing water wash, wipe out the dust and changing the oil but not considering our problems and not resolving it.Then am not sure whether they are changing the new oil or not and it seems filter the dust particles and re-using it again.

4.Regarding this problem I have contacted the service center, customer care and  area manger of Chennai but they not even caring my problems and no response from them.

4.Based on my bad experience I would suggest you that don’t trust TVS product and buy it in future.
