I just didnt want to buy pulsar...first of all every body has it...second the engine is not reliable......I got to spend much of my pocket money on it....so I searched for alternatives....I really wanted to go for a bullet...but I was very heavy on my pocket 65, 000 is too much for me to spend on a bike....but the bike is of different class alltogether....u cant beat its performance or power...
So I still had to find alternatives which could give same macho look as pulsar and better performance than it.....I always heard fiero f2 s performance was gud ....but it looks wasnt that macho...but its variant the new release fx is just wat I was expecting ....
The looks..with high chrome finish in the front...with stylish mirror...big round headlight...stylish indicators....r just the looks I was expecting....
The performance is still better...its jus very smooth riding it...it gives me good milage...its so comfortable riding this bike....
The instruments..... tachometer...tripmeter....and most important econometer the speciality of tvs products to provide the rider with 2 modes of operation..the economy mode for milage and power mode powerful performance...........all r very cool
There is a side stand indicator...but it becomes horrible...some times it rings even if it not in use.....
finally if u want a bike which has look of a pulsar and a better performance...then go for fiero fx...its the same rate as a pulsar
This is my second part of the review after two free services, I have got to keep u updated....
all are fine about the bike, I ride around 76 km per day.......the bike has still good pick up....good mileage for the speed I ride at ...usually I ride nearlly 50km with a speed of 80-90km/hr...and I get a mileage of 55km/l......
Just one advice use speed petrol from bp...it gives nice ride comfort and a smoothness on drive....and u get little bit more mileage than ur normal petrol.....
And about the cons.......
There is lot of vibration at high speed......
there is some noise coming from silencer after switching off the bike........
I feel that I dont have much grip on the road especially the back wheel....it skids a lot...esp on sandy and wet roads....
Definitely a better bike than pulsar.....
