My twenty best English songs are as follow: I do like all different styles of music not just rock but pop music as well so my list will contain a varity of those songs.
1) Bon Jovi- Livin on a pray’r. Jon and his crew have one of the best voices in music. This song is so inspirering the lyrics are perfect.
2) Brian Adams- Everything I do I do for you. This song has special meaning to it, I walked down the isle when I was getting married to my husband to this song instead of the old fashion wedding song. Its a song of passion and love and trust and shows that love is forever.
3) Joan Jett- I love Rock and Roll. This song has memorize too of when I was younger and seen my first boyfriend standing beside a juke box. This song has a beat all its own, you can actually get up and dance to this song. Joan Jett was a great Rock singer when it came to the women in Rock.
4) Def Leppard - Pour some Sugar on Me. This song is kind of sexy if you listen to the https://lyrics. I love this band and all their songs, but this song is one of the best they sing. The lead singer and the drummer make this song so popular.
5) Savage Garden - I knew I loved you. Its very romantic and I like to listen to this song with my husband.
6) Journey - Any way you want it. Anyway you want it thats the way I need it anyway you want it. This song is awesome, I play this song when I’m in the mood to sing along with the band.
7) Backstreet Boys - Show me the meaning of being lonnely- I do like this song from this band cause it show’s alot of emotions that a lot of people are going through. Being lonely isn’t something anyone wants to feel. This song deals with that feeling.
8) Quiet Riot - Cum on Feel the Noize- This song takes me back to my highschool days. We use to love this song, it was the song of the times then. We would dance to this song at every school dance. This song really Rocks!
9) Poison - Every Rose has its thorn- Poison is a group of guys who look like women, but man their voices sure sound great. This song is about everyone has something about them that isn’t perfect.
10) Twisted Sister - We’re not gonna take it- Oh the singer of this group is something wild looking. His long curly blond hair, and his jeans that are all torn. This song was a rebellon song back in the early 80’s. Kids loved to listen to this song when they felt they were being tested.
11) Motley Crew- Girls, Girls, Girls- This was a song that all kids loved when I was in school. We would dance all night over and over to this song. The video is real cool.
12) Kid Rock- Only God Know’s why- Yes Kid rock does have some pretty bad songs, but I really enjoy this song the best. I seen him in concert and I have to say this song really hit me. The synthesizers are awesom the way it changes his voice. This song tells more of what his life really is like. It isn’t all fun and games when you are a Rock Star! Show’s that the’KID’ does have a normal side to him.
13) LYNYRD SKYNYRD - FREE BIRD- This is one heck of a great song. I use to have a t-shirt with free bird on the front of it, and in school everyone wanted my shirt cause they just loved this band and that song. It just makes you feel FREE.
14) Aerosmith- Walk This Way- Oh I loved this song. Mr Tyler sure does scream his lungs out in this song, but I love the way it has been used with other artists as well, like when he hooked up with Run DMC. Put Rock and Rap together, and then when him and Kid Rock done this song for the MTV music Awards was so awesome, and then him and a few other bands like Nysnc, Brittney Spears and Nelly all joined him on the stage for the Half Time performance at the Supper Bowl. This band is still rocking with its new song Jaded
15) ZZ Top- Sharp Dressed Man- Oh this band was something else. Men dressed in some weird cloths and very long beards carrying their guitars and their nice looking women and there oh so hot car. This song is cool, cause every women loves a sharp dressed man.
16) Air Supply- Here I am- I love this song. Its a great love song, it lyrics are touching and brings tears to my eyes. Here I am the one that you love, asking for another day. Understand the one that you love loves you in so many ways.
17) Bruce Springsteen- Born in the USA- Everyone has to love this song, It is an American song, and shows that we love the USA. This guy is also known better as the BOSS!
18) Elton John- Candle in the Wind- Elton John has been a great artist, he has so many songs that are full of emotion. I really like this song cause it gives tribute to Marolyn Monro, and Princess Di. Elton John has also sang a song along side Eminem and that song was really cool with the two of them together.
19) Ricky MartinLivin Laveda Loco- Yes I love this song, and I love Ricky. I feel he has brough back Latin music and I just love this style of dancing and melody. Ricky has a with with his songs that makes a person want to just get up and shake their bon bon.
20) Britnay Spears- Stronger- Yes Yes Yes I have to include her in my top 20. I feel she has come a long way since the Mickey Mouse Club. Her voice is beautiful and this song makes me feel that a women is strong no matter what she faces in life. Britnay is a girl on the rise and her talents are going to take her far in life. She sings great love songs and great Pop songs.
Ok there you have my top 20. As you can see I love all different types of music and style from Rock to Pop to latin. I feel you should never keep your life full of just one taste in music, instead enjoy all the different types avaliable for you.
