Hero bikes are better and reliable than others. I bought HF Delux. Every Team member is co operative and amicable. Location is not so good of agency. its on the edge of the city. workshop is not so good there are only one or two worker who know well about repairing bikes. I have visited so many times but they couldnt find the solution(Timing chain is not fitting as were in new). so I am giving average only for service part of khanna twin city agency .Hero is better than all
