I got to know about twitter after the celebs started using and every where you get to know so and so has tweeted this and that. its basically voicing out to a millions of people your opinion and your thoughts, you get to know latest updates about whats happening. then I read few reviews on mouthshut.com and started my account. I used it for a while its good incase you wanna cut down the time frame of reaching to an individual or organisation. you can directly tweet and revert is guranted in most of the case. but down the line I feel its useless because there are also fake accounts on twitter. celebs account is mostly handled by their PR team. there is restriction of words while tweeting. people are free to say anything and everything which may cause problem.there is no privacy its very transparent. the actual complaining procedure to any oragnisation is vanished now everyone tweets and make it public which is unprofessional. I wouldn’t completely recommend
