I would like to tell you my opinion on the U-dictionary application. Though this is not popular dictionary application like other such as wordweb, dictionary.com but it has some advantages over them. It is 38 language dictionary, you can also translate using this U-dictionary in any one of the listed language. Application package size is only 5 Mb. It works in both online and offline mode.
