UBER indias one of biggest taxi service. But not best. Too much complaints and bad services of this company have made difficult to use this service. Some time tour operators are helpful and sometime they are rude. I dont know why but staff is not professional. I have travelled so many times through uber. Its a mix experience some time good and sometime worst too. Tour guide expertise is good. They are familiar with area but their behaviour is also depends on their mood. Travel convenience is depends on the type of people attending you.
