I had a personal experience with Uber taxi. Once I booked a cab from my home my office, its distance nearly 35 KM. But the driver who come up with taxi don’t know the address, even though taxi having GPS navigation system, he fail to take me though that, rather than he took me over another root. After roaming in and around nearly 56 KM finally he dropped me at my office. At that moment I had a argument with the drive about the charges, he simply asked to pay the amount for the distance covered(56 KM), but I said I will pay only for the distance what exactly showed me while booking.
He refuses to take the money, after a long argument I was paid the amount and raised a complaint at Uber. Though they took more than 10days to verify and finally refunded the amount paid for extra distance of 21 KM. I don’t want to refer Uber cabs, such a ridicules drivers they have, literally test the patience of the customer.Worst service I ever experienced! Just don’t prefer to go with Uber Cabs.
