Uber failed me as a customer! I was diverted from cleaning fees when the driver filed a fraudulent claim against me. Uber says she has measures to detect false and false claims. It turned out to be a big lie! They did not once investigate the authenticity of the image provided. Instead, they accused me and told me no need to answer at any time.
It took me 5 minutes to do a Google search with reversed images and I found the same image as the Uber driver from Los Angeles posted on Twitter in 2015 from the crash. They did absolutely nothing to protect me as a customer and I did not care about receiving public e-mails. Now that I have sent them a proof, they will refund me within 5 business days. Totally unacceptable! I will be under $ 150 for anyone who knows how much! First, his job was to protect the customer. I would never recommend Uber to anyone else!
