I have used Uber cab services many a times. Sometime there services are good and mostly there services are bad.
Every time when I booked the cab then I have to call the driver to explain him the exact location.If I do not call the driver then he may come to right location or may not come.Even If the driver uses Google maps many a times they are unable to know the exact location and call the passenger for knowing the exact route.
Many a time when I booked the cab the cab driver come to wrong means some other location and called me to come there but I does not get where he was so I have to cancel the cab or it get automatically cancel and I have to pay Rs 64 through payTm even if I have not done travelling.
Many a time I have to wait for long to get the cab that I booked. Occasionally booking UBER cab is preferable but for daily purpose it is too costly.For daily purpose OLA is the best as it provide share pass through which rate is nearly 40 to 30% less then actual cost.
So I preferred OLA over UBER
