Worst service from UBER. Booked a cab. Pick up from kalka ji. On app it shows 25 min to driver to reach when I called driver he told there is a traffic jam and he might be more late and advised to cancel the trip and try again.when I cancelled. UBER deducted Rs.80 from my Paytm wallet.
When I called driver again to know about this driver told me that he is un aware of this and cant help.even he told me that he dont have any contact number for UBER.worst case.will never recommend UBER to anyone else.in case cab meets with an accident or there is an emergency driver dont have there employers number pathetic. That’s what happend in Dec 2014.how can government of India allow these cab companies in India. w=Will go to consumer court.
