I have used uber cab service couple of times in past months . each time I had a pleasent experience of ride . I have given good rating to the person who was driving cab .
there are certain factors to rate uber:
1. vehicle : vehicles that uber provides for transportation is quite nice . vehicles are well maintained and in good condition to take drive .they have nice gps tracking system to track vehicle
2. punctuality:
almost every ride cab comes within the tome frame they are showing in mobile app .
3. Driver: for every ride I took in uber, I met almost different driver . these people are however not that much educated still they had good etikates to talk with traveler . couple of times I had taken ride at 2-3 o clock where I was more keen for saftey but uber guys are nice and decent guys.
4. billing: billing part is accurate and I had never issue with it .
