I need to point out after the disastrous incidents of rental cabs I didn’t trust any one of the cab companies.
But my son was adamant of traveling through uber once and I was helpless so we booked our for borivali to ghatkhopar and I was really surprised at see how was the service and how did they handle the customer car was right on time and you could see your car when it was leaving from its past destination.
It was really innovative in the end the first ride promotion was cherry on the cake and the driver was good too he explained all the dos and don’t about the car rental and how uber is different and I was really pleased to see that and from now on if we want to travel across Mumbai we take uber only its really our personal driver.
