I used to travel by cabs. I am travelling in uber cabs from few months. This cab is good because it charges low fare but service of uber is not good. Once I booked a cab but driver is unable to reach my destination than he call me and told me that he will not able to come.
So I ignored him but in evening I again booked a cab but at the time of payment driver told me that you have to pay fine because you cancelled you booked cab. But this is not the end on very next day I booked a cab and again I paid fine. And both the times I paid fine was not my fault the company denies to refund my total amount. This was the worst experience.
