Today booked Uber at 10: 25 AM, it was showing 5 min estimated to arrive wgile booking and aftwr the Swift Cab & driver number is shared it was showing 6 min arrival. Suprisingly after 20 min waiting also the cab driver parked at some near by location and stopped without coming. Inrang up and asked on driver mobile + 919535484141 he saidnwjerenisnthe pickup I told him its very adjacent lane and adked him when is he coming , he said he is starting . I waited until 11 AM that is wasted 35 min amd cab dis not arrived and on GPS it shows vehicle was halt. I took BMTC volvo. Arount 11: 15 AM on uber I noticed application is finding near by drivers amd trying to book. I was suprised what is happening amd then clicked on cancel. Inwantes to check if driver comes or cheats without coming, he neither cancelled nor informed. I was getting late to my work and Uber dont jave sustem to speak to call centre toncheck whats wrong amd wether I get cab or not. So nevwr depenx on Uber when on urgent work as drivers cheat some times amd Uber dont care in tbat situation to be reachable for customer which is drawback in system
