Multiple instances of impolite drivers, unfair charges for cancelled trip even though the drivers are cancelled trip after a schedule time the rider is charged for the charge as applicable. Very annoying.
No proper mechanism for instant compaint or asked for help. The support procedure is very long and there is no confirmation on the support services with this regard.
Many times drivers are insulting us on the road with no reason and refusing to complete the trip but unable to get any assurances from uber regarding customer complaint aginst driver.
Very poor service atleast I should say OLA service is much more professional than uber.
They charge comparatively high but there is assurances to provide customer support with satisfaction.
