Hello dear consumers,
uber is amazing for people who are migrated newly to other cities.
it is boon to foreigners. because usually local people often charge more to them.
but uber need to improve because there are some fault.
-app is unable to show location and street clearly often leads to confusion.
-it charged rs50/- when u pick a ride. whatever distance may be.this is not reasonable for middle class people.it should be reduced to 25 or 30rs/-.
-takes more time to reach pick up location. this is because driver select pick up request without seeing passenger’s location.
-it charged twice to thrice when there is big event in city like all india examinations like jee, neet e. t.c.
