I am a regular customer of Uber taxi service. Many of ubergo tax’s are not well maintained or 8 to 10+ years old tata indica models. Many cars window glass not there, many dont have working AC’s. In one incident cab driver simply rushed carelessly too fast and crashed at another Car infront of us. It wasted 30 mins of my and family time. It happens offen with Uber cabs. Uber go cabs won’t have back mirrors in many cases and inside the cab its full of cigarate smells. Really it irritates to travel is these cabs. The drivers dont know company policies. I offen use Paytm bill payment with Uber once Driver didn’t knew what is Paytm way of money transfer. Uber already deducted money from Paytm wallet and driver was asking me to Pay via Cash again. Once travelling in toll roads driver made me to pay for Toll, but toll was already included in my final cab bill making me to pay Toll twice. Both the cases I complained to Uber customer service and they refunded money. Many times I booked uber cabs and after 15 minutes of waiting Cab driver canceled the trip. It was a most frustrating situation. Only uber customer service is good where the actual cabs facility is too bad because of rude drivers. They don’t follow rules. Over all Uber needs to improve drivers behavior and driving because at the end we are travelling with uber Drivers.
