I booked an uber today at 3:20 pm. The app showed the wait time as 13 mins. At 3:25 the driver called to tell me that he would take 30-45 mins to show up. I didn’t want to wait that long so I cancelled the trip and was.charged 75/-. Uber does not have a customer care number. Can’t reach them for any problems. Travis kalanick should think of the customers who are helping him create his billions.
Update to above. I wrote to uber customer care and got a reply from them and they cancelled my charges. So not as bad as I thought initially. They are very prompt to reply on email.
