I have been using Uber from very long time but recent experience with the Uber support is Worse than pathatic.
They admitted to refund a charge which I have paid them threw my Debit card but its not credited to my account after 15 days of promising.
Actually I had booked a Uber fromy home to my Collage, application said that Driver will arrive in 15 minutes I waited for almost 30 minutes, I was getting late for my lecture so I cancelled it, as I have paid them online they are supposed to give me a refund but its been 15 days my refund is still not came.
I asked about it to uber support they are like yes we are working and you refund will come to you as soon as possible.
Onether thing that Uber service is getting worst day by day, the fare are going high and the quality is going down, they do not arrive in estimated time, map doesn’t loads, app starts to stop
Uff.!
I have started use an alternative for this there are some suggestions like Ola, Jugnoo etc
