I tried registering my debit card through their android app. The app did not let me register my card but it charged me Rs 10/- 8 times. As the money was debited immediately I contacted the customer service team informing them about the glitch.
They replied quickly saying that it is only an authorization hold and the money will not be deducted. Believing them I waited for a few days for the money to be returned to my account. After 10 days when the money was not refunded and my bank statement clearly showed that the money has been debited from my account, I emailed the customer service team again.
It has been 8 days since my 2nd email and there has been no reply whatsoever. Not even an acknowledgement. Overall it has been 18 days since they deducted the money from my bank account and there is no sign of them refunding the money or any concerns from them about trying to resolve the issue.
