I booked uber fr d first time fr travelling frm Jalukbari to Borjhar airport in Guwahati.in total I have travelled about 3 times by uber cabs.i faced a number of difficulties .firstly the cab is never on time.it said 10 mins but we had to wait fr around 20 mins fr d cab to arrive.second time I booked uber frm hyderabad airport to dilsukhnagar.again it took around 20 mins to arrive.the cab driver in hyderabad didnt know hindi or engish and so we were facing a lot of difficulty in communicating wid him .as a whole I m not satisfied with d uber service and in near future I would rather try to experience other cab operators.
