Recently during using UBER from my office to home or return route, I noted that UBER charging for every second of delay to Customer.
Well, that is fine.
Just I thought to check with UBER Authority how do they compensate a Customer - we all have very bitter experience of waiting long after booking?
It reflects what is attitude of UBER towards Customer.
The SURPRISING FACT is UBER is highly afraid to reply and did not reply the question even asked several times - see attachment 2 photos from evidence downloaded from UBER website only.
