Two weeks back, I booked an uber cab to airport - I had a free Rs 500 / - ride available in my uber account.
But when I reached the airport, I saw that the driver’s uber app showed up Rs. 971.51 /-, while my uber app in my mobile showed up Rs. 471.51 /-
(the free 500 rupees ride also disappeared from my uber app). So, the driver asked us to pay the amount he had got on his app which was 971.51, and we ended up paying him in cash.
See both the screenshots - actual amount in driver’s uber app shows 971.51 instead of Rs. 471.51 / -Tried to reach to uber many times through their email - but have not received my money.
Since there is no contact number for them, could not reach them too - Very Bad Experience with Uber!
