Uber cabs may be the top most company in taxi business but in India they are never to be relied upon. Driver denies to wait even for 5 minutes at an ATM or to pick a friend on your way. They offer fake promotions and even without taking my first ride they blocked my account telling me that I misused my account.
They do not have a customer care number where we can call upon and complain about the issue. I mailed them the issue asking what the reason was to block my account even when I haven’t used it once. The reply arrived after 15 days informing me that they can not reveal the reason and it is a system generated matter. I created another account on another phone and used Uber services later on. But most of the times drivers deny to pick you up.
